Services

  • Phone Consultation: $0 (~15 minutes)

The first step to getting started would be to schedule a brief phone conversation. This will give us both the opportunity to get a sense of one another, ask questions, and ensure we would be an ideal fit for your specific needs. If not, I will be prepared to offer you referrals to other therapists in the area.

  • Psychotherapy: $200 (50 minutes)

The fun part! Individual therapy sessions will begin after the consultation call, and if we determine we are a good fit for each other. Typically sessions are approximately 45-50 minutes long. Therapy can entail some discomfort and we can discuss this in the safety of the sessions.

  • Case Consultation

Professional consultation is available to fellow clinicians and mental health providers seeking supervision or guidance focused on professional growth or specific recommendations for a case. The first consultation is free and we can discuss fair pricing for regular meetings.
