How can I help?

Online therapy across state lines

I hold authorization through PSYPACT, an interstate compact that allows eligible psychologists to provide telehealth services across participating states.

You must be physically located in a participating state at the time of each appointment. If you live elsewhere or travel regularly, please contact me to discuss whether we can work together.

2 Step Process

consultation call

Phone Consultation

The first step is a free 20–25 minute phone call. We can talk about what brings you to therapy, answer your questions, and see whether we might be a good fit. If another therapist may better meet your needs, I can help connect you with other providers.

20 - 25 minutes |  $0

Two women are relaxing in a living room with modern furniture and plants. One woman is lying on a chaise lounge with a speech bubble showing tangled lines above her head. The other woman is standing beside her, holding a coiled cable.

Therapy Time

After our consultation, we can schedule individual sessions. Each session lasts about 50 minutes and gives you time to talk through what’s happening, notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and try new ways to cope.

Some topics can bring up difficult feelings. We’ll work at a pace that feels manageable, and I’ll support you throughout.

‍ ‍50 - 55 minutes | $250 per session
*A limited number of sliding-scale spots are available for people seeking ongoing weekly sessions. Please ask during your consultation.
